We use the SPIRE & PERMA Well-Being models in our workshops.

The SPIRE model was developed by Harvard Professor Tal Ben-Shahar and the Whole Being Institute, USA

The PERMA model was developed by world renowned Positive Psychology Professor Martin Seligman of the University of Pennsylvania.

The SPIRE methodology takes a pioneering approach and considers all aspects of one's life with the aim of creating whole-person happiness and delivers these benefits:
