Honey Pamnani is the founding partner, trainer and Chief Wellness Officer at Inspire2Aspire Consulting with over 13 years of experience designing and delivering health, happiness and wellness workshops all over Hong Kong.

She holds a MSc degree in Training and a Diploma in Training & Development from University of Leicester. She has worked in operations, admin and training roles at BCCI Bank (4 years) and at Hewlett Packard (over 10 years). In 2001, she took on the role of managing director of a small recording media company Professional Videotapes Ltd and successfully pioneered its expansion into Asia’s largest exporter & wholesaler of broadcast & data storage media representing brands such as Sony, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Maxell, HP, etc


She completed her Classical Yoga Teacher Training course in 2014 and is an active Yoga practitioner. 

She is also a Laughter Yoga Teacher. She has undergone Laughter Yoga Teacher training and is certified to conduct Leader training.

She has completed several self-development, leadership courses such as Landmark Forum, Inner Engineering, 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, etc. 

She has jointly delivered lunch-n-learn seminars, workshops & icebreakers for the government (HK Police), the banking & financial services industry (HSBC, Citigroup, Barclays, SWIFT, Ernst & Young), insurance companies (AXA, Prudential, Aviva, Standard Life), education sector (Polytechnic University, KG V School, Northern Lamma School, CUHK) health and medical institutes (Hospital Authority, Matilda Hospital), global transportation companies (Cathay Pacific, MTR Corporation), international hotels (Ovolo, Langham), food and beverage companies (Pizza Express), legal sector (Law Society of Hong Kong) large-scale construction companies (Dragages, Arup).

She has worked with CEO's, top managers & board directors of multinational companies and led health and wellbeing retreats as well.

Her motto is wellness for all. With her strong Yoga and comprehensive health & healing background, she trains people to achieve optimum health, wellness and success in their careers, in their relationships and daily lives.

She helps bridge the gap between wellness and productivity and is committed to the development of healthy and motivated employees, vibrant work cultures, and high-performing organizations through transformational, results-oriented workplace wellness solutions.
 
She has also led sessions at leading conferences such as TEDxHongKong, CSR Asia, Future Workplace Forum, Women Extraordinaire Forum, etc. Thousands of people have benefited from her workshops.
