We had the wonderful opportunity to do a Laughter Yoga session at IRIS: Your Escape.

Whenever I see a funny or inspiring or motivational quote, picture, video or read an empowering article, my PHONE commands me to SAVE IT and then SHARE IT. And I usually and helplessly obey it.
