On the 21st of June, Inspire2Aspire was invited to deliver a Laughter Yoga Session in celebration of #InternationalYogaDay2022.
The Event was a Collaboration with the Consulate General of India Hong Kong, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, Trips Yoga, Anahata Yoga - Yoga from the Heart, YogaPoint Hong Kong, Naveda, Iyengar Yoga Centre of Hong Kong and 26 Yoga Institutes across Hong Kong.
#InternationalYogaDay started off as a UN Resolution in 2014 and within 8 years, it has become a global festival bringing together like-minded yoga practitioners, teachers, enthusiasts and people from all walks of life.
Venkaiah Naidu complimented Prime Minister Narendra Modi for taking the initiative of the World Yoga Day at the United Nations and for making it popular across the globe. The Vice President said that Yoga has no barrier of age, caste, region or religion and that is why it is universal.
