Before COVID19, several Work From Home (WFH) experiments were conducted to examine the impact of remote work on productivity and engagement - to find surprising increases in quantity and quality of work completed and job satisfaction levels. According to a survey conducted by Lingnan University, 80% of respondents would still prefer working from home (WFH) for at least one day a week even after COVID19 ends.
